Keeley has coached under Coach Terry Hair and the Olathe East Mens' and Womens' programs since 2004. In that time he has been a C team and Junior Varsity coach, and the Men's Varsity Assistant coach over the last 15 years. He has been teaching at Olathe East since 2001; currently teaching Personal Finance, Management, and Marketing. He attended Creighton University graduating in 1998. After graduating he spent some time working for the former Kansas City Attack. Keeley takes great pleasure in coaching and interacting with each player, students, and their families. "Our parents and players make Olathe East a special place to not only coach but to teach at. I enjoy being part of such a great community. "
Coach McGill is in his second year at Olathe East as an Assistant Coach. At Tomahawk Elementary he works as an Autism Paraeducator. He is originally from McPherson, KS, where he set the all time high school boy's state record for goals in a career with 101. He went on to play soccer collegiately at Ottawa University Arizona, and then played professionally in both the Major Indoor Soccer League and the Premier Arena Soccer League. Coach McGill's personal philosophy is to work hard, be respectful to all, and to help not only in soccer but also in the community. "I want to represent my family, school, and soccer as a whole sport."
Coach Scott is from Neodesha, KS. He is a health and physical education teacher for Olathe Public Schools. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Health and PE and a Masters degree in Sports Management. In college, he played soccer and also ran track and field. He came to Olathe from Omaha, NE where he assisted in opening a new high school and led the Boy’s Cross Country program while serving as Girls Varsity Assistant/Head JV soccer coach. “I am looking forward to moving over to Olathe East and leading the Hawks at the JV level! Can’t wait to get started!”
Coach Lien is joining Olathe East this fall as an assistant coach. He has spent the previous 8 years as a Junior Varsity and Varsity Assistant coach at Olathe South (2016-2022) and Olathe North (2022-2024), and currently teaches 8th Grade Math and Algebra 1 at Prairie Trail Middle School. He played two years of college soccer at Kansas Wesleyan University before transferring to Washburn University to complete his undergraduate degree in Health and PE. "I am looking forward to joining the Olathe East soccer programs, and I am excited to get things started!"
